more bread: rosemary crusty bread/pizza

hi. remember that crusty bread a few posts back that i made? yeah well i made it again, but i doubled the recipe and added dried rosemary to it. The next day I mixed in some cut up jalapenos ( as i forgot i had already put rosemary in it), and baked it. amazing! I then used the other half of dough to make a pizza crust. Same method, except this time i flattened it, let it rise the half hour while letting my big cast iron skillet in the oven to heat. I then flopped the dough in it, added toppings then baked it for about 30 mins. It was a huge success! If you know my husband, you know his fetish for anything pizza. he killed what was left, and asked for more! woo! rosemarybready panpizza rosemarypizza (my half with the veggies) rosemarybreadslice rosemarygrilledcheese Also, the next day for lunch, I cut a few slices of the crusty rosemary loaf, and made a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich yet again in my small iron skillet. I also weighed it down with another pan to smoosh it together ( like a panini press). anyways, very proud, and I cant wait to keep finding more ways to make homemade carbs haha. ...ps... I'd love this book: FLOUR WATER SALT YEAST by ken forkish. -M
